Poverty Alleviation
Mission
- Provide educational support to rural and tribal children.
- Promote the livelihoods of rural poor women and girls.
- Provide health and sanitation facilities in rural areas.
- Conserve degraded forests, biodiversity, and promote renewable energy.
Present Activities
Education
- Establishing After School Education Centres in 15 villages in KulithalaiTaluk, Karur District, and five centres in Coimbatore District under CSR.
- Providing educational materials and infrastructure facilities for rural and tribal school children in Kulithalai and K.R.PuramTaluksin Karur District and Pachamalai in Trichy District.
Health and Sanitation
- Operating the CARD De-addiction Hospital at Samathuvapuram in Pudukkottai District.
- Constructing sanitary blocks in Government Schools under CSR initiatives in Karur District
- Conducting awareness and detection camps foreliminationof leprosy in Kolli Hills of Namakkal District.
- Installing water purification plants in Government and Private Schools in Karur and Ramanathapuram District.
Livelihood
- Establishing a Cement Block Manufacturing Unit for rural poor women in Karur District.
- Initiating a Goat Rearing Project for rural poor women in Karur District.
